Author's Summary:  To extend funding for certain public health programs, and for other purposes.

IB Summary:  According to the Public Health Institute: "The House passed the Championing Healthy Kids Act (HR 3922) to reauthorize the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and extend funding for Community Health Centers (CHCs). The bill included $6.35 billion in cuts to the Prevention and Public Health Fund, including a $400 million cut in FY19".
