EXTRACTION OIL AND GAS is a fly by night, wildcat, financially unstable fracking company that is so DESPIRATE AND EXTREMIST that they are trying to drill next to the Bella Romero school in Greeley and the Pioneer Elementary School in Lafayette. If that happens it will poison the children at those schools.

Extraction has NO REGARD FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES, public health, ecosystems, clean air and water, global warming or their workers on the rigs. They are invaders and want to destroy our way of life for their corporate profits and greed. The leadership of Extraction earned over $26 million each in 2016, yet their stock has dropped 30%, they carry $100s of millions in debt and their bonds are rated as junk bonds. Eventually, they will go bankrupt, leaving their investors dry and local communities to clean up their mess. There is a pattern in the industry where CEOs and leadership jump from one company to the next leaving the former in bankruptcy.
